Our Current Classes

  • Total Body Bootcamp

    Fun and energetic all over body workout with a mixture of cardio, strength, endurance and abdominal exercises using body weight, free weights and our surroundings outside!

    (Babies/toddlers in pushchairs welcome - weekday morning classes)

  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

    HITT training consists of intervals of high intensity exercise with rest periods between each set. Will raise your heart rate and burn fat in this high energy cardio workout!

  • Mumma's & Bubba's Buggy Bootcamp

    Workout specifically for Mums with babies who want to exercise and get fit without having to worry about childcare! We use the buggy to assist with some exercises as well as body weight, cardio and abdominal exercises. Suitable for all levels with options for lower or higher impact. Must have passed doctor check post birth (normally around 8 weeks).

  • Kettlebell Bootcamp

    Strength and cardiovascular workout using kettlebells along with body weight to tone and give you a full body workout.

  • Circuits

    Full body workout using weights, body weight and equipment to build your cardio fitness along with strength and endurance.

  • Saturday Bootcamp

    Fun and energetic all over body workout with a combination of cardio, strength and abdominal exercises to increase your overall fitness level.

    Please note this class is CASH ONLY payable on the day. When booking the class, select 'pay later' and pay cash at the beginning of the class.
